If you need to return a standard physical item, message me within 7 calendar days of delivery. Send it back by mail, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You pay return shipping when you change your mind. I pay when the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. I don't charge a restocking fee. Custom or personalized pieces and delivered digital patterns are final sale unless something is wrong. I issue refunds to the original payment method after I receive and inspect the return.
